Are these parts OEM?
Yes. We only sell original-equipment-manufacturer parts. No aftermarket or third-party replacements.
How do you grade condition?
Every part is graded on a simple scale, shown on each listing. New — unused, though packaging may be opened. Used — Good — fully functional with only minor cosmetic wear. Used — Fair — functional with visible wear. For parts / repair — sold as-is for parts or repair, not guaranteed to function. Every part is photographed so you can see exactly what you're getting.
Do you offer returns?
