Everything you need to know about getting your part and sending it back if it's not the one you needed.
Shipping
We ship from Denver via USPS and UPS. Orders placed before 2pm MT on a business day usually leave the same day; otherwise the next morning. Transit times range from 2–7 business days.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Small parts under 8 oz typically ship First-Class for about $5.99. Larger parts ship Priority or Ground.
Local delivery (Denver metro)
If you're in the Denver metro or front-range outskirts and your part is needed sooner than ground shipping can manage, pick Local delivery at checkout — we drive it to your door. Standard service is next-day. Order before 12pm MT and you can upgrade to same-day for an extra $25. Fees scale with distance from our Aurora warehouse: $60 under 5 miles, $90 for 5–10, $125 for 11–20, $175 for 21–40, and we'll quote anything farther. Coverage runs from Denver core out to Boulder, Longmont, Castle Rock, Lakewood, and the eastern plains; if you're outside that range the option won't appear, and Stripe ground shipping is your fastest path.
Returns
30-day return window from the delivery date. Parts must be in the condition they shipped in. Email us for a return label — we cover the return cost if the part was misrepresented, otherwise the buyer pays return shipping.
