Everything you need to know about getting your part and sending it back if it's not the one you needed.
Shipping
We ship from Denver via USPS and UPS. Orders placed before 2pm MT on a business day usually leave the same day; otherwise the next morning. Transit times range from 2–7 business days.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Small parts under 8 oz typically ship First-Class for about $5.99. Larger parts ship Priority or Ground.
Returns
30-day return window from the delivery date. Parts must be in the condition they shipped in. Email us for a return label — we cover the return cost if the part was misrepresented, otherwise the buyer pays return shipping.
