Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old to order. You agree the information you provide is accurate and that any payment method you use is yours. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or that the item is unavailable.

What we sell and how it's graded

We sell reclaimed and surplus OEM appliance parts. Every part is inspected, photographed, and graded on the listing so you can see exactly what you are getting:

• New — unused, though packaging may be opened.
• Used — Good — fully functional with only minor cosmetic wear.
• Used — Fair — functional with visible wear.
• For parts / repair — sold as-is, not guaranteed to function.

Fitment is the buyer's responsibility

Appliance parts are model-specific. Please confirm the part number against your appliance's model number before ordering. We list part and model numbers to help, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your particular unit. A part that simply does not fit your appliance is a standard return, not a misrepresentation.

Pricing, availability, and stock

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Most parts are one-of-a-kind single units, and we list on our storefront and other marketplaces at the same time. If an item sells on another channel before we process your order, we will cancel and refund it in full — that is the only case where we cannot fulfill a paid order.

Shipping, local delivery, and pickup

We ship from the Denver metro via USPS and UPS; transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Local delivery and local pickup are offered in the Denver metro area. Pickup orders are coordinated by text or phone and must be collected at 10896 E 7th Ave, Aurora, CO 80010 during the agreed window. Full details are on our shipping & returns page.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return a part. It must be in the condition it shipped in. Email orders@markdownparts.com to start a return. If the part was misrepresented, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping and refund you in full. Otherwise the buyer pays return shipping. Parts sold 'For parts / repair' are final sale except where the listing was inaccurate.

Text message terms

If you provide a mobile number for local pickup or delivery, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Mark Down Parts about that order. This is not a marketing program:

• Messages cover pickup or delivery scheduling, confirmation, and a day-of reminder with the address.
• Message frequency varies by order, typically two to four messages.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help.
• Opting out does not cancel or affect your order — we will contact you by email instead.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Warranty disclaimer

Parts are sold as described on the listing. Except as stated in our returns policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, parts are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Reclaimed parts are used goods and are not covered by any manufacturer warranty.

Installation and safety

Appliance repair can involve electrical, gas, and water connections. You are responsible for safe, code-compliant installation, and we recommend a qualified technician. Mark Down Parts is not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from installation or use of a part.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, appliance damage, or property damage.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and the version in effect when you ordered governs that order.
